Meet Our CEO
Todd Caliva
Todd Caliva came to West Houston Medical Center in 2006 from East Houston Medical Center, another HCA hospital, where he served as CEO for over three years. He has 18 years of healthcare experience and has served in many roles including Chief Operating Officer of the Woman's Hospital of Texas and Administrator of Sugar Land Surgery and Diagnostic Center.
Todd is a Certified Healthcare Executive and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He received Modern Healthcare's Up and Comer award, for healthcare executives under the age of 40. He and his wife have two daughters.
In addition to managing the hospital, Todd is committed to serving the community. His volunteer activities include memberships or leadership positions with:

- West Houston Leadership Institute
- American College of Healthcare Executives
